Health for Homeless (HfH) is a Community Health Project seeking to address barriers to accessible healthcare amongst Canada’s Homeless Population.
I helped found HfH in 2020, and since then, we’ve grown to a team of 30+ motivated graduate and undergraduate students working on a variety of projects to improve health outcomes for Canada’s unhoused community.
