- Project plan and implementation to reduce the Manitoba healthcare system’s surgical and diagnostic backlogs while maintaining patient quality of care
- Supported the Mental and Psychosocial Health Community of Practice through the creation of journey maps for patients with mental health disorders and identification of novel, innovative approaches in mental health care.

- Data analysis from client organization and other reliable sources to assess needs, existing infrastructure and gaps.
- Data analytics using Power BI, Excel and other tools to create a model to generate insights and visualize data trends in resource usage.
- Research into policy and government processes to understand and support client project implementation framework.
- Creation of presentations that are clear and concise to summarize insights, strategies and recommendations for internal and client stakeholders.
- Proposal development to support KPMG in finding new projects
- Applying strategic thinking and creativity with team to find innovative solutions to client issues.
- Documenting and communicating key findings to stakeholders in an effective, thought-out manner
- Support the development of training materials and sessions to help clients’ staff adapt to new strategies and tools.
